Looking at the successes of the University of British Columbia’s professional investment management company
After 2020, UBC Investment Management Trust is now focusing on the post-COVID future ahead. To align with this strategy, we wanted to create a theme for the annual report that immediately told this story. ‘Looking Forward’ is a clear and direct message of how the institute has momentum. To explore this concept we used photography that played with focus in the foreground and background. Featuring student representatives and the natural magnificence of the surrounding UBC landscape, we were able to tie the ‘Looking Forward’ theme with the abstract quality of the lead images.
